These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CodeCarfton website (codecarfton.com) and any enquiry, quote request, or project discussion you start with us. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Paid project work is also governed by the written proposal, quotation, or service agreement we send you. If that document conflicts with these website terms, the written agreement for the project takes priority.
1. Who we are
CodeCarfton is a web design and development company. We provide website design and UI/UX, custom web development, CMS solutions, SEO and digital marketing, mobile app development, and enterprise software. You can reach us through our contact page or at info@codecrafton.com.
2. Using this website
You may browse our pages, read our blog, and submit the contact or quote forms for a genuine business enquiry. You agree not to:
- Misuse forms, submit spam, or attempt to overload or disrupt the site
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content, layouts, or branding without permission
- Attempt to access private admin areas or other users’ data
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
3. Enquiries, quotes, and proposals
Information you send through the contact form or Request a Quote form is used to understand your needs and respond. A quote, estimate, or timeline on this website or in an email is not a binding contract until both sides accept a written proposal. Scope, fees, milestones, and delivery dates are confirmed in that proposal.
4. Project services
Once a project starts, we deliver the work described in the agreed proposal. Client delays in providing content, feedback, or access can affect timelines. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote. We will not begin additional paid work without your confirmation.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your quotation or agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated. We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid. Refunds, if any, follow the terms in your project agreement or our refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
The CodeCarfton website, logo, copy, and design system remain our property. You may not reuse them as your own.
For client projects, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred as stated in your agreement, usually after full payment. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and third-party licences stay with their owners.
7. Client materials
You confirm that content, logos, images, and data you supply are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of that material. We are not liable for claims arising from content you provided.
8. Website content
We aim to keep service descriptions, blog articles, and examples accurate, but they are for information only. Features, timelines, and pricing can change. Third-party websites linked from our pages have their own terms; we are not responsible for those sites.
9. Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CodeCarfton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Liability for paid project work is limited as set out in your project agreement.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our privacy policy and cookies policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when our services or the website change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form or emailed to info@codecrafton.com.
